Delivery and processing times
- Domestic shipments:
The processing of your order will be carried out in one business day from the date of confirmation of your purchase. Once your order has been processed, the shipment will be made with the carrier with which we have agreed, the estimated delivery will be from 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email of the guide number.
- International deliveries:
Once you have placed your order, your order will be processed within 2 business days, international shipments are made with DHL EXPRESS MAIL to the whole world and delivery is estimated between 10 and 15 business days. Customs costs will be borne by the buyer if required.

Warranty

If your order has manufacturing defects or defects in production materials, at Dos Almas we will be open to making the necessary repairs to correct said defects. Keep in mind that your product will not have a guarantee if it has suffered deterioration due to use: chemical stains on the material, hits with rough surfaces that damage the materials, exposure to high temperatures and/or contact with water.

The warranty is covered for 60 calendar days from the invoice generation date.

The warranty processing time will be carried out within a period of 30 business days once the product has been received at our facilities for the corresponding repairs or changes of parts.

In case of impossibility for the application of the guarantee on a purchased product or return to guarantee once a first repair has been carried out, a partial or total refund of the value paid for the product may be requested in exchange balance on our website or change of reference for another interest of the client.

Products with damage outside of the time and warranty conditions will be entitled to a supplementary warranty, and the costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs associated with guarantees to our address will be borne by the customer.
Changes

Once the product is received by the consumer, the consumer may exchange the product within a maximum period of eight (8) business days, the product may be exchanged for another of the same species and/or similar characteristics, change the size or color of the same reference, or total change for another reference.

In case of change, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.

The products purchased in promotion will not have an exchange option or the right to return, in fortuitous cases and depending on the reason, Dos Almas will decide whether or not to accept a change jointly.

To access a change, the request must be made via email or in our service lines, the product must be unused, with labels and in the same state in which it was delivered.

The desired product in the exchange request will be sent to the buyer once the original product has been delivered to our facilities and its status has been verified. In no situation will a desired product be shipped in exchange without verifying the status of the originally purchased products.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request the right of withdrawal according to Law 1480 of 2011, within a maximum period of five (5) business days once the product has been delivered by the carrier. To make the withdrawal request, you must contact the emailDOSALMAS0@GMAIL.COMor make the request via the website within the established period. Once the request is sent, the product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was delivered, with labels and without use of it to our facilities. Once the product has been received and its status has been verified, within a period of 3 business days the amount paid for the product will be returned in the medium indicated by the consumer, the shipping costs associated with the return of the product , will be borne by the buyer, in case of shipment against delivery, the balance will be deducted from the value of the return.
